Presteigne Holiday Park offers a competitive caravan park pitch fee of £2,797 inclusive of rates and VAT for the 2026 Caravan Season. Our season is from the 8th February until 8th November inclusive. Pitch fees have been deliberately kept affordable and represent fantastic value.
As much as people ask; we are afraid Presteigne Holiday Park is not a residential park. Caravans can only be used for holiday use; permanent living is not permissible and you must own an alternative property elsewhere. Presteigne Holiday Park is currently open from the 8th of February to the 8th of November inclusive. At Presteigne Holiday Park, you are the proud owner of the caravan—but not the land it sits on. The annual site pitch fees cover the annual rental of a pitch, provided you continue to follow our park rules.
Gas is via Bottle and is paid for on a pay as you go basis. Electricity is individually metered and invoiced biannually so you only pay for what you use.
